Gets all currently staffed coach developers
get_coach_developers(year = "26_27")
"25_26" (FY26) or "26_27" (FY27, current). Default "26_27"
Returns a data frame of the format from which it was read (normally a parquet file, prior to SY24_25 a data.frame or tibble)
