Quarantine review columns
roster_review_columns.RdColumns that exist to run the quarantine workflow, created on both the roster
and the review board by api/monday-webhook/setup_quarantine_board.R.
Identified by title, not by column id, and deliberately so. The original
roster columns kept their ids on the structure duplicate, but these four were
created separately on each board and therefore have different ids on each
(Nisa Move Count is text_mm6a2jj9 on the roster and text_mm6awzef on the
review board). Monday pairs them on title and type when an item moves, so the
title is the stable identifier; addressing them by id would read the wrong
cell on one of the two boards.
